Answer
If one kilogram costs 5.00 in your chosen currency, a 200 g portion costs 1.00.
- Use the same unit for all weights.
- Account for inedible waste separately.
- For a recipe, add up the cost of the amount of each ingredient actually used.

5.00 × 200 / 1,000 = 1.00. For a pack price, use: pack price × portion weight / pack weight.
