Daily calories and macros
Food diary and calorie counter
Add servings to breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack. Daily totals sum the food you log; they are not a personal nutrition target.
How totals are calculated
Serving values = values per 100 g × edible grams eaten ÷ 100. Meal and daily totals sum the servings you add. Cooked recipe weight is used inside the recipe calculation, not as a divisor for an entire day.
Example: one serving has 180 kcal and 15 g protein; another has 240 kcal and 20 g protein. Together they provide 420 kcal and 35 g protein. If fat or carbs are unknown for any serving, the complete total is unknown. The diary shows the known subtotal and missing entries.
Your recipes and drinks
Enter ingredients, cooked yield and your serving in the recipe calculator. After calculating, select Add serving to food diary and confirm it here. For drinks, calculate a serving using the units on the label. Importing serving totals does not convert millilitres to grams.
What the result means
The diary reports only the food you log using the selected nutrition values. It does not assess diet completeness, prescribe a diet or calorie deficit, or automatically estimate cooking losses. For cooked food, choose the matching preparation state or your own recipe. Dry grain and cooked porridge are different records.
