How to calculate the calories in your recipe
Add the calories of the ingredients using their measured weights. Divide by the finished edible batch weight for a value per 100 g, then multiply by the serving weight. Include oil and additions; a change in water content changes concentration. The recipe calculator keeps unknown values separate from zero.

Recipe value = sum of each ingredient value per 100 g multiplied by its edible grams / 100. Serving value = recipe total multiplied by serving grams / finished edible batch grams. An unknown ingredient value leaves that total incomplete.
