Overview
A clear explanation of the value and what it means.
One generic entry cannot reliably describe all sprouted wheat bread. Recipes, water content, whole-grain content and added seeds vary. Use the label on your own pack.
Answer
Take the calories and macros per 100 g from the label. Multiply each by your portion weight in grams divided by 100.
- Check the weight of your portion, not just the number of slices.
- Grains, seeds and water content vary between manufacturers.
- The nutrition label describes that specific product.
How it is calculated
The formula or method behind the calculation.
If the label lists 240 kcal per 100 g, two slices weighing 70 g in total contain 168 kcal.
FATSL leaves the result unavailable if an input is missing or a zero value would require division by zero.
