How it is calculated

value_for_portion = value_per_100g * portion_grams / 100

If a food contains 22.5 g of protein per 100 g, a 150 g serving contains 33.75 g of protein.

If an input value is missing or zero where division is required, FATSLIM does not show the calculated metric.
